This is the third course to be held by the association and it comes
within the project of building the capacity of social activists and
civil society organizations in monitoring human rights abuses in the
provinces of "Hadhramaut, Shabwa". The course ins being implemented by the Youth Democratic Association and in partnership with the National Endowment for Democracy "NED".
