Al-Sabri said that the purpose of the participation was to introduce the Yemeni minerals wealth and natural resources, the level that Yemen reached in mining field in addition to attracting international businessmen by showing the investment fields available.

He said, in a seminar on the conference, that the Authority would present seven papers about the geological surveys, minerals explorations, constructional and industrial rocks. He also talked about a participation in the technical exhibition in which some samples of the ores, constructional rocks and minerals existed in Yemen and Arab countries will be on show.

The conference is to be held in cooperation with authorities concerned in several Arab countries.
