Yemen to participate in 1st Arab human rights conference in Qatar

Upon her departure, Minister of Human Rights Huda al-Ban said that Yemen would present in the conference a view on drawing up a covenant of honor for the civil society organizations working in the human rights field.
Al-Ban made clear that common standards would be sets up in the covenant for all civil society organizations concerning working together to confront all violation against human rights.
The three-day conference will deal also with the Arab League's draft of the strategic plan in strengthening human rights and human protection, al-Ban added.
