The meeting touched upon the mechanisms to build a real partnership between the Education Ministries in the two friendly countries through a memorandum of understanding to be agreed upon in the coming period.

Al-Ashwal reviewed efforts made by the Education Ministry in Yemen in order to modernize and develop the public education through a variety of programs and activities aiming at improving the educational process as a whole.

In return, the South Korean ambassador asserted his keenness to strengthen the partnership between the two countries in the education sector as education is a significant factor in the peoples' progress.
