Yemen and Malaysia will sign a Memorandum of Understanding in the field of
technical education and vocational training in March.Minister of Technical Education and Vocational Training Ibrahim Hajri reviewed with Malaysian ambassador to Sana'a Abdul Samad Othman the terms and conditions of the understanding memo,
