The state-run 26sep.net said that Minister of Education Abdul-Salam al-Jawfi and American ambassador to Yemen Stephen Seche discussed activities of US Agency for International Development (USAID) including the $ 20 million "BEST" project.The meeting discussed cooperation between the two countries to improve basic and high education and girl school enrolment as well as coordination efforts of donors in this regard.On the other hand, al-Jawfi held talks with UNICEF representative in Yemen Aboudou Karimou Adjibade on aspects of cooperation in education field.The meeting reviewed activities carried out by the organization to upgrade the education quality and its outcomes in addition to provide a good educational environment
