The two sides dealt with the bilateral cooperation areas between the two countries in the field of technical education and vocational training and ways of boosting them.

The meeting touched on the status of the Yemeni-Chinese Institute for Applied Sciences (Hadda Institute in the past) and its urgent need for rehabilitation and restoration.

Nomu'an and the Chinese official reviewed the underway steps and arrangements for establishing a new technical institute industrial in accordance with the international standards in the area of Bani-Harith in the capital Sana'a, with funding of the Chinese government.

They also discussed the requirements and needs that can be offered by the Chinese side to Yemen in the technical aspects, equipment ,curricula and staff in the technical education field.
