Yemen chairs 18th ALECSO meeting in Tunis

TUNISIA, Dec. 16 (Saba)- Yemen chaired on Saturday an opening session
of the 18th meeting of the Arab League for Education, Culture and
Science(ALECSO) going on in Tunisia.
In the session, Yemeni Education Minister, Abdul-Salam al-Jawfi said that the Arab countries have desire to reform and develop the activities of the organization to cope with the contemporary changes.
"Our leaders in Sudan summit affirmed importance of developing work of the organization. The point of reform will be in the coming summit's agenda," he said.
He said that the organization prepared required document of reform which will contribute to reinforce the level of educational system in
the Arabnation.
