Members of the United Nations Security Council strongly condemned Monday's terrorist attack in Sana'a that left a French citizen dead and others injured.
In a statement issued late on Monday, the council's 15 members stressed that perpetrators, organizers, financiers and sponsors of these reprehensible acts of terrorism should be brought to justice.
Reiterating their determination to combat all forms of terror, in accordance with the responsibilities listed under the UN Charter, the council's members further "urged all states, in accordance with their obligations under international law and relevant Security Council resolutions, to cooperate actively with the Yemeni authorities".
They also stressed their support for President Abdrabu Mansour Hadi and the Yemeni government to combat terrorism.
