The first, in Mukalla city in Hadramout governorate and the other in Ibb city after completing all stages in a total cost $ 300 million.
The Engineer Mohamed Nasser Habtoor, the chairman of Yemeni group for development stated that the company will implement a real, big and tourist projects in Al-Mukalla city in Hadramout governorate in cost of $ 50 million.
He noted that the first phase will be as improving for the land and infrastructure services, roads, marinas and a number of residential buildings.
