Two republican decrees issued

A republican decree No.312/2009 was issued on Thursday to ratify an agreement of establishing Yemeni-Libyan joint committee for economic, technical and scientific cooperation, which was signed between the two countries in March of 2009.
Another decree No.313/2009 was issued to appoint Lutfiah Hamzah as under secretary of education ministry for girl education sector.
