Law No.(16) for the year 2012 was issued Tuesday to approve the loan agreement signed on June 03, 2011, between the Yemeni government and the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development.
The loan of KWD 30 million (about $ 100 million) is allocated for financing the fourth phase of the project of the Social Fund for Development.
Also, Law No. (17) for the year 2012 was issued amending the Article No. (32) of the Law No. (48) for the year 1991 on regulating prisons.
