Turkey is interested in buying Yemeni gas

This came during a meeting gathered Minister of Oil and Minerals Khaled Bahah and the Turkish ambassador, during which they discussed the areas of economic and investment cooperation between the two countries in the oil, gas and minerals.
In the meeting, Bahah welcomed the Turkish investments, assuring that Yemen would provide all facilities for the Turkish companies in the various fields so as to serve the common interests.
He pointed to the government's efforts in improving the investment environment, developing the oil ,gas and minerals sector and broadening the base of data ,information, studies and surveys.
At the meeting, Çorman also voiced the desire of Turkish companies to invest in Yemen and to engage in the exploration and production of oil, noting that Yemen is one of the countries that encourage investment.
