Training course in human rights and capacity building in writing of project proposals started today in the city Mukalla.
The course is organized by the Youth Democratic Association in partnership with Al-mustaqbal Foundation the project. The aim of the training is to strengthen youth knowledge and understanding about human rights and capacity-building in writing of project proposals within provinces of Hadhramout and Shabwa.
