During the drawing f the Toss there will be side meeting for all the clubs chaired by
t the sametime and in the same club meeting  Toss will be drawn by the Association of Volleyball  to discuss the rules for the tournament and also setting a date for the game.Clubs  of the second dividion will first on line, these teams are Salaam Al-ghurfah, Ittifag Al-hawtah =, Wehdat Al-hami.Ahrar from Tarebah, Douan, and Ahil Al-gheilfrom Hadhramaut Province. Also from Abyan Are Hassan, Khanfar, Gahmaan and wehdat Sanaa from Amaanat Al-aseemah .Hilal Al-hudai\\dah, Tadamon from Shabwah , Wehdat Aden. and Ittihaad Ibb.
