It will start on Wednesday evening at about 24 minutes past five minutes GMT and local time will be 24 minutes past Nine pm EST Emirate of Dubai. The eclipse will continues for about 100 minutes..This rare astronomical phenomenon can be followed in areas of Central and Western Asia, Eastern Europe, most parts of Africa, while its possible for other residents of the world to follow the eclipse partially, while the residents of North American will not be able to see this phenomenon.
