Ministry of Tourism and the Arab Tourism Organization   today in Sana'a signed a memorandum   to establish   Yemeni Company for Hospitality and Hotel Management Ltd. The company was formed with a capital of up to more than SR 100 million. The company is in partnership between the Council of Tourism Promotion which holds 30 percent and the Arab Tourism Organization holds 35 per cent and the company Norjs of Saudi Arabia holds 35 percent.The Memorandum was signed from the Yemeni side by Tourism Minister Nabil Hasan al-Faqih, Promoting Board Chairman promote and from the organization by head the Arab Organization for Tourism Dr. Bandar Bin Fahd Al Fahid.  The signing ceremony was attended by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Tourism Abdullah Ba- Belgheith and representatives from the Ministry of Industry as well as the delegation accompanying the   Organization.
