The tournament will see qualified provincial champion qualify for the second division that starts on the seventh of April. Teams participating in this tournament were divided as usual into two groups. the first group are teams from the coast, including Wehdat Sheheir, Ahli Al-gheil Hilal Fuwah, Al-reidah, Nasr, Broum. The second group including team from Al-gara, Shabab Roukeb, Wehdat Al-mukalla, Mukalla, Ittihaad Al-shabibah. The third group is from football clubs in Socotra archipelago.
