 Newly appointed governor of Socotra governorate was sworn in on Sunday before President Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi.

After the routine ceremony, the President directed Socatra governor to create the appropriate conditions for the capital of Socotra to be managed as one of Yemen's 22 governorates.
