The lecture was based on three areas.. First was a report on the role and participation of Hadhramis the Open in opening  Egypt and thier participation in the  the Muslim army led the companion of the prophet   Amr ibn al-Aas may Allah be pleased with him   the army  was composed  of  a large number of Hadhramis  including Al-malaamis Al- Hadrami,  Al-Mikdad bin Al- Amr Bin Al-aswad and other Hadhramis. The Lecturer  also spoke on the second part which the hadhramis participated in,  their participation   in the planning of  Al-Fustat, and thier locations,. He went on  saying the  third part  was the role of Hadhramis in the scientific movement of  teaching  people Islam, where the scientific movement began to flourish. Some of these  have become scientists and scholars  in  Oral Hadith , and   different recitation of the Holy Quran as well as all the various sciences in addition to their participation in places of high posts  such as the judiciary. The Lecture  was attended by  Mr.   Said   Salim Bin  Jubeish Al-saiary,local  Hadhramaut council member   and Abdullah Omar al-Habashi Director, Office of the District   of Health and Population,  other  personalities from the  social, educational sector ,  parents of students and a number of person  concerned with cultural and historical heritage of our historic city of Shibam, Moderator and supervisor  was  Professor Salim bin Abdullah bin Sumeit and Mr. Salem Abdn.
