Saleh heads National Defense Council meeting

President Ali Abdullah Saleh chaired Wednesday the meeting of the National Defense Council that discussed several issues and reports on progress in addressing key issues referred from the council's previous meeting.
Efforts of building, development and modernization, training the armed forces and developing the defense and security abilities were among the issues thrashed out at the meeting.
