Saleh congratulates Guelleh on re-election

President Ali Abdullah Saleh sent on Saturday a cable of congratulations to his Djiboutian counterpart Ismail Omar Guelleh on his re-election.
In the cable, President Saleh expressed satisfaction over the fraternal relations and joint cooperation between the two brotherly countries.
