President Ali Abdullah Saleh sent on Wednesday a cable of congratulations to the President of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan on his country's National Day.
Saleh also congratulated his Romanian counterpart Traian Basescu on Romania's National Day
