Saleh congratulates foreign leaders

President Ali Abdullah Saleh sent on Monday a cable of congratulations to the president of Finland Tarja Halonen on the Independence Day.
Saleh also congratulated his Kenyan counterpart Mwai Kibaki on Kenya 's National Day.
