The delegation's visit included Aden Free Zone (AFZ), the Container Terminal, and Al-Huswa Electro-Thermal Station, where it got acquainted with activities of those installations.

On sidelines of the visit, Ahmed al-Dela'i, undersecretary of Aden province for investment affairs and resource development, discussed with Volin the available investment opportunities for the Russian firms in the areas of infrastructure, trade and industry, storage, tourism and public services.

Al-Dela'i pointed to the importance of activating the role of both businessmen and investment councils in the two countries to establish Russian investments within AFZ in order to enhance the joint work between the two sides.

For his part, the Russian official expressed his country's readiness to study the investment opportunities in Aden taking in consideration the projects in AFZ.
