A Republican decree No. (141) for the year 2014 was issued on Tuesday reshuffling the cabinet, headed by Khalid Bahah, as follows;
1- Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Ahmed al-Shami, Minister of Civil Service and Insurance;
2- Dr. Sameera Khamees Obeid Mohamed, Minister of Social Affairs and Labor.

Moreover, a Presidential decree No. (69) for the year 2014 was issued on Tuesday appointing Abdul-Kader Ahmed Qassem al-Shami as deputy head of the Political Security Organization.
