The republican decrees No.15 and No.16 for 2011 were issued Wednesday ratifying the establishment of diplomatic relations between Yemen and both the Republic of Montenegro and the Republic of Estonia at the level of non-resident representation.
Moreover, the republican decree No.17 for 2011 was issued appointing Yasser Abdo Yahya al-Yamani an undersecretary of the capital Sana'a.
