Republican decree ratifies agreement between Yemen and Somalia

The republican decree No. 88 for 2014 was issued approving an agreement establishing the joint committee for economic, scientific, and technical cooperation between Yemeni government and Somali government.
The agreement signed between the two countries in Sana'a on September 10, 2013.
