Republican Decree No. (24) for the year 2012 appointed bin Sumeit as CEO of Masilah Company and Eissa Al-seidahi as Hadhramaut Undersecretary for Socotra Affairs.
Decree No.(24) for the year 2012 with its first article appointing Ahmed Hassan bin Sumeit as Director-CEO of the Masilah Company for the exploration and production of Oil (Petromasilah). Decree No. (25) for the year 2012, with its first article appointing Mr. Issa Abdullah Ahmad Al-seidahi as Hadhramaut Undersecretary for Socotra archipelago Affairs. The final article of the two decrees stipulated that the decrees shall be effective from its issuance date and to be published in the official gazette.
