A Republican decree No. 45 for 2011 was issued on Wednesday appointing Muheeb Abdo Nasher al-Hakimi as Undersecretary Assistant for Technical Affairs in Taiz governorate
The second article of the decree stipulates that it comes into effect as of the date of issuance and shall be published in the official gazette.
