The republican decree No. 38 for 2011 was issued on Wednesday appointing judge Fahem Abdullah al-Hadramee as head of Appellate Court- the Criminal division in Aden province
The same decree included the appointing of Ahmed Abdo Mohammed al-Gahlani Head of Appellate court-Criminal division in Taze province.
