Qirbi calls on brotherly and friendly countries help in Saada reconstruction

Yemeni Foreign Minister Dr. Abu Bakr al-Qirbi called on brotherly and friendly countries to contribute to the reconstruction of Saada, afterwar ends. saying: The Shiite groups in the Gulf have helped the rebels in the north-west of the country against the central government.
He expressed his country interest in establishing border security relations , "Saudi-Yemeni" that guarantees not to exploit the border to smuggle arms, drug trafficking or create unrest and instability on both sides.
