Works in a project of restoring historical Al Ghoizi Castle were started on Monday in Mukalla city of Hadramout province.
The castle was seriously damaged because of flooding which hit the region in October of 2008. The cost of the project is around YR 2.6 million funded by Social Fund for Development. The works will last for six months.The castle is considered one of the historical site in the province of Hadramout which needs for preservation, local officials said.
