President Abdu Rabbu Mansour Hadi sent on Monday a congratulatory cable to President Bronisław Komorowski of Poland on the occasion of his country's Constitution Day.
He also sent a similar congratulations to King Willem Alexander of Netherlands on the occasion of his country's National Day.
