President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi sent on Monday a cable of congratulations to President Khalifa bin Zayid Al Nuhayyan of United Arab Emirates on the occasion of the UAE National Day.
He also sent a similar cable to President Traian Basescu of Romania on the occasion of the Romania's National Day.
