Hadi, in the cable, expressed his congratulations to Iohannis on the occasion of wining the presidential elections, wishing him all success in carrying out his new tasks.
He also expressed hope that Klaus' presidency would refresh the friendly relationship between Yemen and Romania, and the bilateral relations to get improved further.
