President Ali Abdullah Saleh sent on Wednesday a congratulations letter to the newly elected President of Brazil Dilma Rousseff for winning the presidential elections.
He wished her success in her future tasks, expressing willingness to further push the Yemeni-Brazilian relations ahead in all areas.
