President assigns Bin Mubarak to form new government

Bin Mubarak was born in 1968 in Aden governorate. He holds a doctorate in business administration from Baghdad University.
The last position Bin Mubarak has held was a director of the presidential office. Earlier, he served - during 18 January 2013 - 25 January 2014 - as a secretary general of the National Dialogue Conference (NDC), comprising representatives of all political parties and civic groups which Hadi had convened to map out reforms.
