During the phone conversation, Elaraby congratulated Bahah on the formation of the government, renewing the League's firm position in support of Yemen and all efforts aiming to maintain the country's security, stability and unity and to tackle the economic and social challenges as well.

For his part, the Premier expressed his appreciation of the AL's attitudes towards Yemen, stressing that the government is determined to overcome all challenges.

Bahah and Elaraby touched upon the latest national developments and the underway efforts of the government and various political forces to address the current challenges.

They also reviewed the regional and international aid to prop up the government to fully implement the peace and national partnership agreement and with the outcomes of national dialogue.
