Parliament urges parties to go ahead with February deal of 2009

The Parliament urged on Monday political parties to bear responsibility toward February deal, which was signed between parties in February of 2009.
The deal stated to delay the parliamentary elections for two years in order to enable the ongoing parliament to finalize legal topics related to political and electoral system in addition to system of the local authority.On the other hand, the parliament formed a fact- funding committee over the death of a prisoner in one of Aden jails.
