At least four state employees including a policeman were killed and four others injured when criminals attacked on Sunday a car of the public electricity corporation office in Abyan province, an official source said.
The heinous crime took place in the Jawl area located between Ja'ar and Zunjbar towns, the official said in a statement.Outlaws intercepted the car and tried to loot properties including funds in it, but the employees resisted them and then the criminals started firing on them, killing and inuring eight including the policeman, who was escorting the car.Those hurt were taken to hospital, and a hunt is underway for the perpetrators, the statement added.
