It was marketed  to Arab and European markets during the period from January until the first half of February. The amount of fish exported was  25 thousand kilograms and aquaculture and its value was 939,000,448 thousand riyals.This was According to the statistical activity of export from the Office of Fisheries in Aden and as well as Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the province. A copy was  made available  to  Yemen News Agency (SABA) and its said fish squid topped the list of exports  which was worth 329 000 187 thousand riyals, while the list included many varities of  fish products.
Noting that the fish was exported to European and Arab markets, including France, Italy, Spain and Lebanon. Yemeni fish is needed in these markets  because of its high quality and nutritional value.
