Yemen's permanent representative to the United Nations Jamal Abdullah Yahya al-Salal sworn in on Wednesday the constitutional oath before President Ali Abdullah Saleh.
Al-Salal was appointed based on the Republican decree No.(69) for 2011 issued on Sunday, March 20.
