Speaking on the Oil Ministry 2011 plan, the Minister said that the agreements have been reached after holding the 3rd International Yemen Oil, Gas and Minerals Conference on 18 - 19 October 2010.Al-Aydarus said the Ministry's plan contains a number of major programs and projects based mainly on the government's ten priorities, the fourth five-year plan and the reform national agenda.In 2011, the ministry intends to complete the marine pipeline in Hodeidah government, carry out a full update to the Aden refinery and to the current three gas plants to increase domestic gas production and to establish the fourth gas plant to cover the domestic consumption.The Plan also includes completing the oil derivative transport fleet and issuing the bylaw of the Yemeni Council for Transparency in the Extractive Industries
