Basic education and secondary school final examinations began today  for the academic year 2010 -2011  in most  of Wadi Hadhramaut and Sahraa Districts

Students sitting for basic school final  examination in Wadi Hadhramaut  for the academic year2010-2011  reached  103,420 students coming from (286)  government schools and 7 private schools while the total number of students in Wadi hadhramaut  sitting for secondary schools examination  are (8638) students in (35) High School (2)  out of these are public  schools . Hadhramaut Undersecretary for Wadi and Sahraa Affairs  Omaier Mbarak Omaier   and  Wadi and Sahraa  General Education Director, Mohamed Ahmed Falhoum  inspected the progress  of  examinations in  schools within Seiyoun and Wadi districts. Local council members, officials,  parent boards,  district education officers from Tarim, Seiyoun, Shibam Al-soum, Al-qatn, Rakhyah, Wadi Al-ain, Hura, Sah,Thamoud, Roumah  Al-abr Huraidhah and Amd also inspected the progressof  Examinations in schools  within their districts
