of Commerce discussed here on Wednesday aspects of bilateral cooperation between the Ministry and the Chamber in technical education and vocational training areas and ways of enhancing them.
During the meeting, the Minister Ibrahim Hajri briefed the Malaysian chamber's vice chairman Mohammad Bin Hajih on the system of technical education and vocational training in Yemen, which includes 73 educational training institutions five of them are community colleges.
He also expressed the ministry's readiness to cooperate with the chamber to invest in technical and vocational education fields in accordance with the legislations and facilities provided to foreign investors in Yemen in various fields.
For his part, the chamber official expressed his desire to cooperate with the ministry in the field of training and rehabilitating young people to get job opportunities according to the needs of the market.
