"The real bet should be on culture which is considered as the road to development and addressing all problems deepened by the past eras," he said at a meeting with officials at the culture ministry on Sunday.
The meeting was dedicated to discussing executive measures to implement the outcomes of the national dialogue conference concerning the cultural aspects mainly upgrading the culture ministry.
Awbal urged to have a suitable package of executive measures for the dialog outcomes as soon as possible so that the ministry starts addressing problems facing its programs effectively.
"Yemen is passing through a crucial turning point and only the new constitution can put an end to all dangers plaguing our country," he said.
