Minister of Electricity and Energy Eng. Awadh Saad Aal-soqotry and Hadhramaut Governor Khalid Saeed Al-deini today inaugurated  a10 Mega Volt Ampere transformer at Munawwara  power station.

  Thie transformer   will enhance electricity and to overcome the problems of  continuous  power interruptions  to the  zones of October, 30th November, Al-sharj, Al-thwawra and Al;-nasr zones in Mukalla City as well as improve electricity service  provided to the public.The  power plant inauguration ceremony  was attended by  head of the Planning and Development in the  Council  Saleh Aboud  al-omgi, officials in the branch of the Public Electricity Corporation coast of Hadhramout,  countryside Electricity Authority, technicians, workers organization and electric power plants employees.
