He started began his lecture by defining the adopted country and also touched on their migration such countries that began in the sixth century AD, from the port of Al-Sheher. On thier arrival there they were named the "Al-bajah resident" people there named them "Al-hadhareb" as "El-haudharem" Hadhramis. There the integrated with the Beja tribes and became rulers of a number of kingdoms in that country. Dr. Gobain in his lecture also touched on the role of hadhramis in introduction of martial arts in the country they adopted through the use of horses as a substitute for cows. He as well discussed Hadhramis alliance with the tribe of Rabiah and they established an Arab Emirate with its capital Al-namas. One of the Hadhrami ruler in the of land of Beja was Zaid bin Numai. The lecturer also pointed to the entry of Hadhramis to Islam and the left paganism, then they a prominent role in the protection of pilgrims from the beginning of thier journry for land of Beja that lies between the Red Sea and The Nile south of Al-habashah Now Ethiopia, as well as from the Northern side Al-kherbah village and from the Western side of the Nile and the the Red Sea from the East - now called Republic of Sudan, from these points they deliver them safely to the port of Jeddah.
