Judicial delegation heads for Washington

A delegation from the Supreme Judiciary Council headed Saturday for Washington for a few days official visit.
The head of the delegation Ali Naser Salem, deputy head of the High Court, clarified to Saba that the visit aims to enhance the cooperation between the two countries in the judicial term as well as acquainting with the judicial system in the United States .
Salem said that the members of the delegation will meet with some members of US High Court and experts of judiciary for talks on the judicial cooperation and exchanging expertise. He added that the delegation would also detail what Yemen has achieved in terms of judiciary independence.
